So, like many of my fellow bloggers, now that we’re in the middle of summer, I am finally reaping the beauty of all the tiny, young flower-seedlings I planted months ago. And after the frost-marigold disaster, which resulted in a late vinca replacement, most of my precious plants are blooming and thriving. Except the ones that my other growing, precious thing is picking the petals off of.

Ooo. Love the flowers. I am REALLY enjoying my hard work that I did at the first of the season, but haven't been keeping up as I should be with the weeding.
I smiled at the title...I JUST read Bambi to my kids.
After Kellen sees me weed, he heads right to the flowers to help Mommy pull! So nice of them to help out! Pretty flowers!
